I am a creditor’s rights attorney who has been serving lending institutions in Louisville for 32 years. My practice focuses on bankruptcy, general collections, foreclosures, evictions, and secured transactions.
I was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1990, and I am also admitted to federal courts in the Western District of Kentucky, the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana.
I am a graduate of the Indiana Business School (1981), the Emory Law School (1990) and the Georgia State MBA Program (1990).
Born in up-state New York, I have been a resident of Louisville since 1969. I have been married to my wife, Kellie, for 37 years and have two boys, ages 25 and 29.
I have been active in my community primarily as a Boy Scout leader, sports coach, and business law teacher. I spend most of my free time with wood working, hiking, and doing projects on my five acres in Fisherville.
